Job summary

Nusa Medica Dental Care in Bali seeks an experienced Dental Manager to lead clinical and operational management, ensuring high standards of care, smooth clinic operations, and excellent patient experience across the network.

You will supervise dentists, nurses, and staff; ensure regulatory compliance; monitor performance and patient feedback; and coordinate with Head Office on HR, finance, marketing and procurement. Travel to clinics is required with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic, healthcare, or related environment.
• Previous supervisory, coordination, or clinic management roles are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
