Job summary

FDC Dental Clinic Bali is hiring a Branch Supervisor (Clinic Head) to own the day-to-day performance of the clinic, from service quality to operational flow. You will lead frontline teams and drive high standards of care and efficiency.

You have a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) or a vocational background with relevant experience, 2-3 years in operations, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) in any field.
• Vocational high school graduates (or equivalent) with relevant experience welcome to apply
• 2-3 years of experience leading operations, especially in F&B, retail, hospitality, or similar industries
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data using Excel or dashboards
• Willing to work in a 6-day, shift-based system

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of the clinic, from service quality to operational flow
• Lead and manage frontline teams with clear direction and standards
• Solve operational issues as they happen, not after
• Turn SOP into real execution, not just documents
• Use data to understand performance and take action
• Maintain a work environment that is disciplined, collaborative, and accountable
