Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (S1 Dentistry / Dentist).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A Master's Degree in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and organizational abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with dentists and cross-functional teams, especially the Operations team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Interested in dentist development, training, evaluation, and healthcare operations.

Support the recruitment process for dentists, including candidate assessment during the first and second visit stages.

Assist in reviewing and evaluating dentists, particularly during their probation period.

Support the preparation and coordination of dentist training and development programs.

Handle administrative tasks related to training, evaluation, and dentist development activities.

Coordinate training schedules, requirements, and activities with relevant internal teams.

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to support dentist-related initiatives and operational needs.

Prepare reports and documentation related to dentist performance, evaluation, and development.

Assist in monitoring and following up on dentist-related programs and activities.

Requirements
