Qualifications

• Basic education level suitable for dental assistants (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education or internship welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare instruments, materials, and rooms before procedures.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained properly.
• Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards in the treatment area.
• Prepare and manage dental materials and consumables for treatment.
• Support dentists in maintaining an efficient workflow and patient comfort.
• Handle patient positioning and comfort during treatment.
• Dispose of medical and dental waste per procedures.
• Monitor stock of instruments, materials, and supplies.

Key responsibilities

Assist dentists during dental examinations, treatments, and procedures.

Prepare dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before procedures.

Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.

Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after dental procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards in the treatment area.

Prepare and manage dental materials and consumables required for treatment.

Support dentists in maintaining an efficient and organized workflow.

Provide assistance with patient positioning and comfort during treatment.

Handle and dispose of medical and dental waste according to applicable procedures.

Monitor and maintain adequate stock of dental instruments, materials, and supplies.

About you

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Dental Nursing/Dental Health is an advantage.

1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare industry.

Fresh graduates with relevant education or internship experience are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of dental instruments, procedures, sterilization, and infection control is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
