Kreasi Rasa Group (SAVORIA Group) is seeking a CDP-level cook to lead a single kitchen station, ensuring accurate mise en place and timely service. You will execute standard recipes meticulously and supervise junior cooks to maintain quality across shifts.

You will manage portioning, temperature control, and plating standards while upholding hygiene and food safety. Experience preferred in a fast-paced FMCG kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational culinary school (SMK Tata Boga) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant kitchen, including at least 1 year as a CDP, Demi Chef, or senior cook.
• Able to guide cooks and cook helpers at the station, and communicate clearly during service.

Responsabilités

• Run one station (broth, grill/fry, or cold/garnish) with mise en place.
• Keep mise en place in order: quantity, quality, and freshness according to par levels.
• Execute standard recipes with precise portions.
