Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
• Prepare daily mise en place based on checklists and expected guest covers.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, operating items, and par stock levels.
• Coordinate with the kitchen pass to ensure orders are accurate, well-presented, and served on time.
• Support buffet setup and replenish food according to standards.
• Provide friendly and responsive service to guests and handle requests professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other departments when needed.
• Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives and follow departmental procedures.
