25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a Demi Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional Latin American and Western cuisine. You'll work alongside the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to keep your station running smoothly and mentor junior kitchen staff.

The role requires at least 2 years hands-on kitchen experience, a strong foundation in Latin American and Western dishes, a Diploma-level culinary education, and fluent English.

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Solid foundation in Latin American and Western cuisine—formal training or significant experience.
• Diploma-level culinary education is required.
• Fluent English—written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen team and help deliver Latin American and Western dishes.
• Work with Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to keep your station running smoothly.
