Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is seeking a Decorative Retail Consultant to cover Central Java & DIY, selling decorative products to dealers and pursuing new opportunities. You will drive campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and manage collections while coordinating with internal teams to meet targets.

The role requires 3+ years in sales in related sectors, excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia, a valid driving license A, and willingness to travel across Central Java and DI Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in building materials, FMCG, or related field.
• Strong convincing and persuasive ability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Own car with driving license A.
• Willing to be mobile across Central Java and DIY.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to dealers and territories.
• Promote products via campaigns to achieve sales budget.
• Execute sales policies to support growth and efficiency.
• Strong follow-up on collection to keep working capital healthy.
• Maintain good relationships with distributors and handle customer complaints.
• Maintain CRM data and be an active user.
• Coordinate with departments for timely delivery and service.
• Liaise with client market and respond to inquiries.
• Undertake area audits to identify market potential.
