Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Collections Agent responsible for payment reminders, follow-ups, and debt recovery in line with company procedures.

You will contact customers by phone, manage 30+ days past due accounts, negotiate payment plans, and report daily and monthly collection activity to the Team Leader, while maintaining customer trust and compliance with standards.

A shift-based schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent; open to Diploma and Bachelor degree graduates.
• Experience in the Collection field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive and professional approach.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to operate computers, particularly Microsoft Office and other work support systems.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a shifting system according to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct payment reminders and provide information regarding payment amounts and due dates.
• Follow up with consumers regarding overdue payment obligations via telephone in a professional and communicative manner.
• Handle and follow up on overdue accounts with 30+ days past due (30+ DPD).
• Execute collection activities according to company procedures and ensure collection targets are achieved optimally.
• Prepare and submit collection activity reports on a daily and monthly basis to the Team Leader.
• Negotiate with consumers regarding payment schemes, payment deadline determination, and appropriate payment solutions.
• Identify, follow up on, and resolve payment obstacles or discrepancies while maintaining good relationships and consumer trust.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding collection process progress and payment case resolution.
• Ensure all communication and collection processes are conducted according to company operational standards.
