Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced billing and accounts payable professional to manage monthly billing planning and client communications. The role involves reviewing contracts, coordinating with the collections team, and monitoring fines and payment processes in Bekasi Regency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in AP/collections, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or collections role.
• Preferably in electrical/manufacture industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Summarize the monthly billing plan and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review contracts with clients per applicable standards.
• Monitor Technical Documents & Billing Administration.
• Handle Financial Reports with the Collection team.
• Monitor project fines for testing and late payments.
• Update and communicate payment process with clients via meetings, phone, email or letters.
