Job summary

PT Insan Solusi Nusantara is seeking a Desk Collection professional to contact debtors by phone, SMS or email to recover overdue payments. You will clearly communicate arrears, penalties, and payment options while maintaining professional conduct.

You will record outcomes in the collection system, identify obstacles, offer alternatives, and aim to meet monthly KPIs in line with SOP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience as Desk Collection, preferably in fintech.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact debtors via telephone, SMS, or email to remind and collect overdue payments.
• Communicate information regarding arrears, penalties, and payment options clearly and professionally.
• Record communication results into the collection system accurately and timely.
• Conduct communication persuasively, courteously, and in accordance with SOP and applicable regulations.
• Identify payment obstacles and provide appropriate alternative solutions.
• Achieve monthly collection targets in accordance with established KPIs.
