Job summary

You will follow up on late payments, maintain polite and persuasive communication, create daily activity reports, and meet targets set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels to remind them of payment due dates
• Provide information regarding bills that customers must pay
• Follow up with customers who have not made payments
• Inform customers of payment methods and payment procedures according to company policy
• Record results of customer communications in the company system
• Ensure customer data and payment information are recorded accurately
• Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication with customers
• Create daily reports on reminder activities and payment follow-up results
• Meet work targets set by the company
