Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance-focused engineer to lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives on production lines in Indonesia. You will own PM processes, drive equipment reliability, and build a skilled maintenance team with strong PLC and robotics familiarity.

The role requires FMCG experience, a engineering degree, and hands-on expertise with filling/packing machinery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Prior experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
Strong working knowledge of PLC systems: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron.
Hands-on experience with robotics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
Own PM systems, centerline settings and PM KPIs for lines; manage R&M budget.
Develop and execute line preventive and time-based maintenance; build technician capability to operate and maintain equipment.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on system improvements; manage Change Management and spare localization.
Serve as subject matter expert on PM topics; train other plant personnel.
