Zusammenfassung

Electrum is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Planner to ensure our electric vehicle fleet remains reliable and available. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance across the fleet and coordinate with Operations, Mechanics, Logistics, and Purchasing to keep downtime low.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field, at least 2 years in maintenance planning, and strong data analysis and Excel/CMMS skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or logistics field.
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance/planning or PPIC roles.
• Experience in EV fleet is a strong plus.
• Strong data analysis and scheduling skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CMMS; inventory management knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination.

Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across the electric vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate with Operations and Mechanics to ensure efficient maintenance scheduling and resource allocation without compromising fleet availability targets.
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels at each pool and coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing for timely replenishment.
• Analyze breakdown data and service history to identify failure trends and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance performance metrics (downtime, repairs, parts costs).
• Ensure all service activities and maintenance histories are recorded in the CMMS database.
