Job summary
PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia is seeking a Repair and Maintenance Specialist to keep our electric vehicle fleet in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime for drivers.
You will work hands-on with EV systems, battery components, charging infrastructure, and high-voltage safety protocols, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with fleet and operations to improve reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on automotive repair and maintenance experience.
- Direct EV or hybrid system experience preferred.
- Diploma or technical certification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of EV components, battery systems, charging and high-voltage safety.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Collaborate with fleet and operations to improve reliability and safety.
