Job summary

Electrum is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead end-to-end aftersales operations for its electric motorcycles. You will oversee service centers, workshops, mobile teams, and partner networks to deliver safe, reliable maintenance and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing spare-parts planning, warranty policies, and service performance KPIs while building a strong customer experience and driving revenue growth through service offerings and fleet support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering or management field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle aftersales, workshop operations, or repair‑maintenance operations.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing workshops, service teams, or aftersales operations.
• Experience with electric motorcycles, EVs, battery systems, or charging systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle service, warranty, spare-parts management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily aftersales operations across Electrum service centers, workshops, mobile or field service teams, and authorized partners.
• Develop and implement standardized service, repair, maintenance, inspection, and vehicle handover processes for electric motorcycles.
• Ensure service capacity, technician allocation, tools, and diagnostic equipment meet targets and KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs such as response time, first-time-fix rate, productivity, and cost per repair.
• Lead spare-parts planning, forecast demand, and minimize shortages; manage warranty policies and claims.
