Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Sales Development Engineer (Data Centre) to spearhead data centre solutions in Indonesia. You will drive sales development, build relationships with consultants and developers, and promote Grundfos pumping solutions for critical infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver energy-efficient, reliable pumping systems for HVAC, fire protection, and water supply in data centre projects. A hunter mentality and market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil).
• 3+ years in technical sales or business development in HVAC, MEP or building services.
• Strong knowledge of pumping systems and cooling infrastructure.
• Direct experience with data centre projects or critical facilities.
• Established network of consultants, contractors, or developers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in data centre segment across Indonesia.
• Provide technical consultation on pumping solutions for HVAC and water systems.
• Build and manage a project pipeline with early-stage specifications.
• Collaborate with application engineers and product specialists for energy-efficient solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and stakeholder trainings.
