Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia’s client, a Construction/Home Building Company, seeks an HVAC Engineer to lead Data Center EPC projects. You will oversee design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of cooling systems to ensure reliability and energy efficiency in mission-critical environments.

Collaborating with engineering, construction, commissioning, and project management teams, you will ensure adherence to performance targets, quality standards, and Data Center standards across large-scale

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC project execution.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Center projects.
Deep technical expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling systems.
Strong understanding of mission-critical cooling systems and Data Center HVAC requirements.
Proven experience handling complex technical challenges in large-scale projects.
Strong technical leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC engineering and technical activities throughout the execution of Data Center EPC projects.
Provide technical leadership in the design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of HVAC and cooling systems.
Drive the implementation of reliable and energy-efficient cooling solutions for mission-critical Data Center environments.
Review and resolve complex technical issues related to HVAC and cooling system performance.
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements, performance targets, quality standards, and applicable Data Center standards.
