in Jakarta is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and expand opportunities for HVAC solutions in the data centre industry. You will identify potential clients such as data centre developers, operators, EPC and MEP contractors, consultants and system integrators, build strong relationships, promote precision cooling, CRAH/CRAC units and related cooling solutions, and coordinate with engineering teams to prepare commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Business or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, project sales or business development.
Experience in data centre projects, MEP projects, commercial buildings or industrial cooling is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems including chilled water, precision cooling, CRAH/CRAC.
Good relationships with data centre developers, MEP contractors, consultants or EPCs are advantageous.
Strong business development, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specs and coordinate with engineering teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and expand sales opportunities for HVAC systems and solutions in the data centre industry.
Identify and approach potential clients, including data centre developers, operators and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Promote HVAC products and solutions for data centre projects, including precision cooling and CRAH/CRAC units.
Identify upcoming data centre projects and generate new business opportunities.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers with engineering teams.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to tailor HVAC solutions to client needs.
Follow up on tenders, contract discussions and sales closures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and develop long-term key accounts.
