Job summary

PT Sentosa Jaya Purnama is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to monitor and maintain power supply, connectivity, cooling, and network systems within the Data Center. You will manage assets, supervise staff and contractors, and coordinate with the Power Plant and expatriate teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role collaborates with foreign engineers on daily operations, troubleshoots technical issues, and prepares maintenance reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical power supply and connectivity, including basic MV & LV systems and 1-phase / 3-phase connections.
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity and CCTV systems.
• Monitor and maintain cooling systems, including water curtain, plumbing, water supply, and air velocity.
• Manage and control assets, equipment, tools, and inventory within the Data Center.
• Organize and supervise manpower, working supplies, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate closely with the Power Plant team regarding electrical supply and operational requirements.
• Work closely with foreign engineers on technical matters and daily operations.
• Handle technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution of operational problems.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports and elevate critical issues to management.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate with the Expatriate team
