Job description
Qualifications
Advance knowledge of HVAC systems, such as chillers, centrifugal refrigeration systems, fans, cooling towers, AHUs, and pumps (will be an advantage).
Understand basic power calculations on single- and 3-phase circuits.
Experience working with maintenance management systems.
Experience in developing SOPs, work plans, MOPs, or other operational documentation.
Good command of English, positive attitude, professional, responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
A good team player with an excellent attitude and the ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
SOW / Responsibilities
Manage routine inspections and maintenance of the infrastructure supporting data center operations.
Comfortable with 24/7 critical environment infrastructure and data center equipment requirements and reporting directly to the Facility Manager.
Perform and supervise the maintenance of the data center core facility in providing the required services for customers in terms of mechanical, electrical, fire system, automation, and network.
Own and participate in all site-level mechanical system issues, such as HVAC systems, chillers, centrifugal refrigeration systems, cooling towers, In Row Cooling, AHUs, pumps, water treatment, etc., during the project execution phase.
Develop reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis to optimize the performance and efficiency of data center operations.
Analyze and evaluate data center sub-system performances, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for upgrades.
Analyze and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures, from maintaining redundant high-capacity cooling systems to operating and supporting data center backup electrical systems (generators, UPS, etc.).
Must be able to provide detailed information on the design and operation of the data center facilities to consultants, subcontractors, the field installation team, and the customer if required.
