Job summary

Fortive Corporation (SE) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Data Center Solutions in Indonesia. You will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and partner with customers, consultants, EPCs, hyperscalers, and channel partners to win projects using solution-based selling.

You will develop opportunities, qualify leads, influence specifications, and support technical consultations to ensure successful conversions across Indonesia. Travel across the country is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or application engineering.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities, drive funnel conversion, and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with ability to position complex solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia for opportunities and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and advance strategic opportunities across the data center ecosystem.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, and stakeholders.
• Influence project specs and solution adoption during development stages.
• Drive funnel conversion and close opportunities with channel partners and sales teams.
• Maintain visibility of opportunity progress and forecast accuracy.
• Develop expertise across Fluke solutions and applications in data centers and advise customers accordingly.
