Job summary

Fortive Corporation seeks an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead Fluke Health Solutions in Indonesia. You will own the country’s revenue, drive the channel network, and establish Go-To-Market plans to achieve strong year‑over‑year growth.

You will manage key accounts, collaborate with APAC Marketing, and align cross-functional teams to ensure demand, forecasts, and timely execution. Travel within Indonesia and occasional international travel required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business fields.
• 10+ years in channel sales management or sales leadership in healthcare/medical devices.
• Experience with global MNCs; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytics, English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indonesia sales for Fluke Health Solutions and own country revenue.
• Drive Go-To-Market strategy and year-on-year growth.
• Develop and grow channel network and key account relationships.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing to drive demand and campaigns.
• Forecasting, pipeline discipline, and timely business reviews.
