The role requires a minimum of 10 years in channel sales leadership within healthcare/medical devices, with global MNC experience, strong analytics, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel sales management and sales leadership.
• Experience with global MNCs.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to translate market data into decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and funnel management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business level).
• Able to travel within Indonesia and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across markets and segments.
• Lead Go-To-Market development and growth initiatives in Indonesia.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Maintain key accounts and develop channel networks.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing to drive demand in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline, and business reviews.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and reporting processes.
