Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to oversee 24x7 facility and infrastructure performance. The role covers incident handling, maintenance coordination and compliance with SLAs and safety standards, in a fast-paced data center environment.
Open for Manager, Lead and Specialist levels; you will work with customers, vendors and internal teams to drive improvements and ensure operational continuity.
Manage and ensure smooth 24x7 Data Center Operations while maintaining high availability and service standards. Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, incident, problem, and change management activities.

Key responsibilities:
Monitor and manage critical M&E and Data Center infrastructure, including UPS, DRUPS, PDU, Chiller, CRAH/CRAC, DX Cooling, Switchgear, fire protection, security, and related systems
Ensure compliance with SLA, safety requirements, local regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements
Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and operational continuity
Handle operational incidents and provide technical escalation support when required
Work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Develop and improve operational SOPs, policies, Emergency Operating Procedures, and service improvement initiatives
Support Data Center audits, certifications, compliance activities, and operational reporting
Manage vendors and support procurement/replacement of critical equipment and spare parts
Lead or support major Data Center activities, projects, and operational improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, Computing, or related fields
Relevant experience in Data Center Operations, Critical Facilities, Facility Management, or similar environments
Experience working in a 24x7 mission-critical / Data Center environment
Strong knowledge of Data Center M&E infrastructure and critical facilities, such as UPS, DRUPS, PDU, Chiller, CRAH/CRAC, DX Cooling, Switchgear, fire safety, security systems, and related infrastructure
Familiar with Incident, Problem, Change Management and ITIL practices
Good understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and Data Center operational requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, both written and verbal
