Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in datacenter or critical infrastructure operations, with exposure to high-availability environments.
• Proven experience leading, building, and developing technical teams, including performance management and succession planning, incident-driven environments.
• Solid operational understanding of M&E systems, including power, cooling, and critical plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of data centre services, including hardware, software, networking, and environmental controls.
• Develop and implement long term strategies for datacenter upgrades and optimization.
• Ensure robust disaster recovery plans are in place, and regularly tested for our datacenter equipment.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of datacenter operations.
• Act as primary point of contact for all datacenter operations, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
