Job summary

Peoplegroup is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Data Centre projects from Jakarta with regional assignments across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on delivering complex projects, managing client expectations and expanding the regional Data Centre portfolio.

The successful candidate will drive tendering, client engagement and team leadership, aiming to develop towards higher regional leadership within the business.

Qualifications

• Proven PM/Senior PM or Project Leader experience in construction.
• 2–3+ years Data Centre experience in D&B.
• Experience managing complex pre-construction to completion.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to tendering, work-winning or BD.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Data Centre projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Lead planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover teams.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources, quality and HSE.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with international clients and supply chain partners.
• Support tendering, bid submissions and business development.
• Develop regional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with contract, technical, quality and safety standards.
• Support mobilization across Southeast Asia when needed.
