Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documents from reception through final deliverables. You will prepare and organize administrative materials and ensure information is accessible to project teams.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, 2+ years in building or design projects, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with data center construction and coordination with crews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related major.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building or Design projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience on Data Center construction projects and coordinating with construction teams is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver project information effectively.
• Prepare reception and administrative documents.
• Process and produce final "as-built" documentation.
• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.
