Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the Dairy Production Line, ensuring safe, stable, efficient operations and driving continuous improvement. You will monitor processes, optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Maintenance and QA to uphold food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or Dairy Technology.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Production; supervisor experience in dairy/ice cream or FMCG preferred.
• Dairy/ice cream processing, packaging, sanitation, and line management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, CAPA, RCA; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• DairyProduction Line operations: monitor daily activities, ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Process & parameter control: monitor critical parameters and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Equipment performance: operate, troubleshoot, and coordinate with maintenance for improvements.
• Calibration & inspection: support calibration, inspections, and verification of instruments.
• Production data & analysis: analyze output, downtime, waste, and line performance; propose improvements.
• Continuous improvement: lead or support Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma projects in production area.
• Quality & safety: ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements are met with QA.
• Documentation & reporting: maintain records and prepare regular production reports.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with Maintenance, QA, R&D, and other teams; communicate with supervisors.
