Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager for a leading FMCG dairy-focused operation in Indonesia. You will oversee end-to-end production planning, quality, food safety, and team leadership to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FMCG/food manufacturing, hands-on dairy production, ERP/production systems, and a track record of efficiency improvements while ensuring GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, and halal compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with hands-on dairy production experience.
Experience managing production planning, quality, food safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes and applicable safety standards (GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, halal).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end dairy production operations ensuring targets, quality, safety, and delivery schedules.
Develop and execute production plans optimizing manpower, materials, and capacity for efficiency.
Monitor KPIs (output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste, costs) and drive improvements.
Lead production teams, enforce SOPs, safety practices, and operational discipline.
