PISON Group is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsibleDaily Worker (DW) Waiter/essto join our team in Bali. Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress position in a restaurant environment, responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining dining areas to established service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards
• Ensure all food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service
• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items from tables promptly and safely
• Ensure all service equipment, cutlery, glassware, and tableware are clean and properly prepared for service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times

About you

• Previous experience as a Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Good teamwork and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Good English communication skills are preferred
