PISON GROUP is seeking a diligent Daily Worker to maintain the cleanliness of public areas in Bali. The role involves cleaning duties across entrances, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, are required to support operational needs.

PISON Group is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible Daily Worker (DW) Public Area to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

What You'll Be Doing

Clean and maintain designated public areas according to company cleanliness and hygiene standards

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, furniture, and other facilities

Ensure public areas such as entrances, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and other assigned spaces remain clean and well-organized

Clean and replenish restroom supplies such as tissue, soap, hand sanitizer, and other necessary amenities

Collect and dispose of garbage properly according to company procedures

Monitor the cleanliness and condition of public facilities and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Supervisor

Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are stored properly after use

Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support operational needs during busy periods

Assist with daily opening and closing cleaning duties

Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Coordinate with other departments to maintain a clean and comfortable environment

Follow company SOP, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times

Support the operational team with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in Public Area, Housekeeping, Cleaning, or a similar role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently

Good attention to detail and strong sense of cleanliness

Responsible, disciplined, and reliable

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
