Job summary

TNP Group, home to MOOIMOM, MUGU, and MomCozy, is seeking an Ecommerce & Growth Manager in Jakarta to own D2C growth across our website channels. You’ll drive SEO, AI Search optimization, and CRO while coordinating with IT, UI/UX, Marketplace, and Content teams.

Join a collaborative team and lead growth initiatives from strategy to execution, with close data analysis and performance reporting. On-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, with opportunities to shape our D2C roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or D2C website commerce
• Track record of contributing to online sales growth for ecommerce or marketplace channels
• Comfortable collaborating with IT and UI/UX teams on website improvements
• A plus: experience in mother & baby, fashion, or consumer goods industries
• Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, basic technical SEO); curiosity about AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) is a bonus
• Some exposure to CRO, UX flow, or A/B testing
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and/or programmatic
• Familiar with Indonesian marketplace platforms: Shopee & TikTok Shop
• Proficient in AI tooling (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for data analysis
• Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities

• Drive D2C Revenue & Growth targets across MOOIMOM, MUGU, and MomCozy based on performance data
• Support Marketplace-to-D2C migration and CRM initiatives to drive repeat purchases
• Execute SEO initiatives and develop AI Search Optimization approach
• Improve Customer Experience & Conversion with UI/UX collaboration and CRO testing
• Plan and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) and optimize ROAS
• Maintain dashboards (GA4, Google Search Console) and translate data into actionable insights
• Coach and support a Website Executive and represent D2C in cross-functional forums
