You will collaborate with central marketing to optimize product and service presentation, oversee annual promotions, and manage budgets while ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration in a global team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) in a global team.
• Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Understanding of eCommerce cost drivers and supply chain efficiency.
• Strong negotiation and KPI setup capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, define the D2C eCommerce strategy (brand.com, marketplace, APP) for Indonesia and transfer into regular operations to hit targets.
• Collaborate with central marketing to optimize brand, product & service presentation in the Official Store with user-centric content.
• Drive data-based decisions on listing, content, promotion, CRM via data analytics and visualization to optimize shop operations.
• Lead and decide annual shop promotion planning & execution with central marketing and platforms.
• Manage profitability through budgeting, cost monitoring, and T&C negotiation with platforms/services.
• Ensure smooth workflows and cross-functional collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Represent PT on conferences, events, and with main eCommerce platforms.
