Job summary

Ahti Interiors Ltd., a Bali-based design-led sanitaryware brand, seeks a Customer Support Agent to handle clients after the initial sale, ensuring a professional, responsive experience from order confirmation through delivery, installation support, after-sales service, and future orders.

You will coordinate between customers and internal teams, manage orders and projects to completion, and maintain relationships with existing clients, delivering timely CRM updates and flawless communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Professional communication with high-value customers.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and good English.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
