Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, sales support, hospitality, interior products, construction materials, or a related field.
• Experience managing professional or B2B clients is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing customer complaints and coordinating solutions across different departments.
• Experience using a CRM, customer service platform, ERP system, or order-management system.
