Job summary

Ahti Interiors, Bali-based design-led sanitaryware brand, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to manage client relationships after sales—from order confirmation through delivery, installation support and after-sales service.

You will be the main liaison between customers and internal teams, handling several projects with care, accuracy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles including customer support or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
