Job summary

Ingredion in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead order processing and documentation inquiries. You will process sales orders in SAP, coordinate with sales and supply chain to secure on-time, in-full delivery, and ensure pricing and master data accuracy.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field, at least two years in customer service or logistics, and fluency in Bahasa and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders with SAP system.
• Communicate with customers and sales team to achieve OTIF targets and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality and production to secure supply.
• Maintain data accuracy (pricing, customer master data) and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support finance on receivables, payables, taxation and compliance.
• Improve customer satisfaction and drive CI projects.

As a Customer Service Supervisor , you will be responsible for order processing and documentation inquiry in Indonesia.

What you will do

• Process sales orders with SAP system.
• Communicate closely with customers and sales team to achieve OTIF (on time, in full delivery) and forecast accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality and production team to secure the supply.
• Responsible for the data accuracy (eg. pricing, customer master data) and in-time response to customer's inquiry.
• Support finance on account receivables, account payables, taxation and compliance.
• Improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence with continuous improvement (CI) projects.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's Degee in Business Management or any related fields.
• Proven 2-year experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Bahasa and English fluency, both written and spoken
