Facetology is a dynamic beauty brand seeking an Admin E-Commerce Customer Service representative to respond to customer inquiries, manage order statuses, and resolve issues across major platforms. You will maintain clear records of interactions and support the brand voice in all communications.

Placement at Facetology Head Office, Tebet, South Jakarta, with shifts that include weekends or campaign periods. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in e-commerce customer service and

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in e-commerce customer service.
• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
• Excellent communication and writing skills aligned with brand voice.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism.
• Interest and knowledge in beauty industry (skincare and makeup).
• Willing to work in shifts including weekends or campaign periods.

As a Admin E-Commerce CS, You Will

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, etc)
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e-commerce.
• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills that aligned with brand voice.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Strong Interest and knowledge in beauty industry (skincare and make up).
• Willing to work in shift including weekends or campaign periods.
