Anno 1885 is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our Tangerang team. You will be the primary contact for customers, answering questions, guiding on products and policies, and processing orders with accuracy.

This role emphasizes first-contact resolution, CRM proficiency, and a customer-first mindset. Based in the Tangerang office, you’ll collaborate with departments to ensure smooth service and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer records and document all interactions meticulously.
