Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a customer service representative in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will guide consumers and partners in product use, handle inquiries and disputes, and deliver excellent service while building relationships.

You will also support cross-vertical projects and educate users on campaigns, with empathetic, energetic handling of challenges. Fluency in Bahasa is required with passive English; typing speed of 50 WPM and 90% accuracy is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 from any major; GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Clear articulation and strong Bahasa communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Typing 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Demonstrated empathy and high energy.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years in similar roles.

• Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partner base
• Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners
• Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
• Educate consumers and partners on products, and promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshoot when they have difficulties.
• To resolve consumers' and partners' problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.)

Job Requirement

• Min D3/S1 any major With a GPA of 2,75
• Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
• Have experience in the customer service area or sales area
• Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
