Job summary

MG Group is seeking a Contracting Manager based in Surabaya to lead supplier contracting, grow the partner network, and optimize rate campaigns. You will negotiate terms, manage renewals, and oversee content and performance reviews with accommodation partners.

Ideal candidates are experienced in travel contracting, possess strong negotiation and analytical skills, and can operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Location based in Surabaya.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within travel/ hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Independent and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and related apps.
• Strong cultural awareness and knowledge.

Responsibilities
