Job summary

Passion Jewelry mencari staf Pembelian untuk mengelola pengadaan bahan dan perlengkapan operasional di Tangerang, Banten. Tugas utama meliputi sourcing pemasok, negosiasi harga, pembuatan PO, dan pemantauan persediaan agar proses pembelian berjalan lancar.

Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan tim keuangan terkait verifikasi faktur dan pembayaran pemasok, serta menyusun laporan pembelian dan biaya secara berkala. Kandidat dengan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang purchasing akan dipertimbangkan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma atau Sarjana di Manajemen, Akuntansi, Bisnis, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Purchasing/Procurement atau bidang terkait.
• Pemahaman kuat tentang proses pengadaan, manajemen vendor, dan kontrol persediaan.
• Keterampilan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan analisis biaya yang baik.
• Menguasai Microsoft Excel; pengalaman ERP menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Mengadakan pembelian berbagai bahan dan perlengkapan operasional sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
• Mencari, mengevaluasi, dan menjaga hubungan dengan pemasok untuk harga dan kualitas.
• Negoisasi harga, syarat pembayaran, dan jadwal pengiriman dengan vendor.
• Menyiapkan dan memproses Purchase Order (PO) serta menjaga dokumentasi pembelian.
• Memantau tingkat persediaan dan Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk kelancaran pembelian.
• Memastikan barang yang diterima memenuhi spesifikasi, kualitas, dan jumlah.
• Koordinasi dengan Tim Keuangan terkait verifikasi faktur dan pembayaran pemasok.
• Menyusun laporan pembelian, pengadaan, dan biaya secara berkala.
• Memantau kinerja pemasok dan bantu penyelesaian masalah terkait pengadaan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description :

• Procure various materials and operational supplies according to business requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of required items.
• Ensure delivered goods meet the required specifications, quality standards, and quantities.
• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoice verification and supplier payments.
• Prepare regular purchasing, procurement, and cost reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and support the resolution of any procurement-related issues

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Good negotiation, communication, and cost analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or purchasing systems; ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
