Kandidat minimal 1 tahun di penjualan ritel/B2B, lulusan S1, mahir Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, serta siap melakukan canvassing offline dan membangun

Qualifications

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di penjualan ritel atau penjualan B2B, terutama interior, furnitur, atau properti.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat dengan pola pikir proaktif dan berorientasi target.
• Keterampilan membangun hubungan yang kuat dan teliti.
• Terorganisir dengan baik dan mampu mengelola beberapa tugas secara bersamaan.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office dan/atau Google Workspace.
• Mampu melakukan pendekatan/offline canvassing.
• Presentable dan berorientasi pelanggan.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola pesanan B2B secara akurat, termasuk penawaran, PO, penagihan, dan tindak lanjut lead.
• Berkomunikasi dengan calon pelanggan untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka dan membimbing mereka sepanjang proses penjualan.
• Mencapai target penjualan bulanan melalui konversi kuat, negosiasi, dan penutupan yang efektif.
• Menangani permintaan B2B dari awal hingga akhir dan berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyelesaikan permintaan yang kompleks.
• Membangun hubungan klien jangka panjang melalui tindak lanjut, cross-selling, upselling, dan repeat order.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage B2B orders accurately, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), billing, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through strong conversion, negotiation, and effective closing.
• Handle B2B inquiries from end to end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex requests.
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat orders.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or B2B sales, preferably in the interior, furniture, or property industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct offline approaches/canvassing activities.
• Presentable and customer-oriented.
