Job summary

Luce in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an Operations Executive to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with supervisors, HR, and sales. The role supports multiple cleaning and facility services across residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong Mandarin abilities to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors.
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are followed by operations supervisors under you.
• Handle escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors cannot manage.
• Collaborate with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations.
• Ensure sufficient workers to fulfill all cleaning contracts by coordinating with HR.
• Work with the Operations Manager to improve work processes and grow the business.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Operations Executive/Customer Support Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, because we deal with Chinese speaking candidates and clients
• Good interpersonal skills
• Transferable skills are welcome

Role Details:

• Location: Batam, ID
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM SGT, hybrid arrangement (1 day per week from home upon entering full time)
• Salary Range: IDR 10,250,000 – 15,850,000
• Bonuses: a 13th-month bonus, Performance bonus & Company bonus upon entering permanent status
