Job summary

RITZHELPER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our fast-growing Singapore-based home services team in Batam. You will respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and follow up with customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in customer service, excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and rotating shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via in-house system professionally and promptly.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow SOPs and maintain high standard of service.
