Maha Asia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Solutions to grow and manage a portfolio of Gold and Bronze tier customers. You will drive outbound engagement, generate orders, follow up quotations, and deliver responsive customer service, coordinating with Singapore teams for smooth order fulfilment.
You will handle inbound LMS inquiries, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication and quota attainment are essential in this role.

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Solutions to support and grow our assigned customer portfolio through proactive outbound engagement, order generation, quotation follow-up and responsive customer service.
You will primarily manage Gold and Bronze tier customers, while also handling inbound enquiries from new or unassigned customers. The role combines inside sales, customer relationship management and sales administration, with a strong focus on converting customer interactions into orders and sustainable business growth.
You will work closely with the Singapore-based Client Solutions, Technical, Business Operations and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience.
Proactively engage assigned Gold and Bronze tier customers through regular outbound calls to generate, follow up on, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated customer portfolio.
Develop and manage a structured weekly call plan, tracking customer outreach, follow-ups, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and actively follow up on sales leads referred by the Singapore team.
Maintain consistent engagement with customers to encourage repeat orders and strengthen account relationships.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely and correct entry into the relevant order management system.
Prepare and issue quotations in accordance with approved pricing guidelines and follow up proactively to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Coordinate order and delivery requirements with the Singapore Operations and Logistics teams to support accurate and timely fulfilment.
Monitor outstanding quotations and orders and follow through on any required actions or customer updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Gold and Bronze tier customers, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product, pricing, order, and delivery information.
Resolve routine order-related enquiries and issues independently, escalating more complex matters to the relevant Singapore-based team members when necessary.
Build positive and trusted customer relationships through responsive and consistent communication.
Handle inbound enquiries from LMS customers, including customers who contact company directly but are not currently part of the assigned customer portfolio.
Understand customer requirements and recommend or direct customers toward suitable products or solutions.
Convert inbound LMS enquiries into orders where possible through effective follow-up, quotation, and order processing.
Maintain accurate records of LMS enquiries, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
Identify recurring, high-potential, or strategically relevant LMS customers and highlight them to the Singapore Client Solutions team for further development or account assignment.
Develop and maintain sufficient product and application knowledge across paint, coatings, construction, inks, and adhesives to support effective customer conversations.
Build familiarity with Engineering Materials and Advanced Cleaning Solutions where relevant to customer requirements.
Continuously improve product knowledge through internal training, supplier information, technical resources, and interaction with internal specialists.
Gather and communicate customer feedback, purchasing patterns, competitor information, and relevant market signals to the Singapore Client Solutions team.
Work closely with Singapore-based Client Solutions, Technical, Business Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, sales activity, quotation, pipeline, and order information in the designated CRM and/or order management systems.
Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up of customer activities and outstanding actions.
Provide relevant sales activity or pipeline updates as required.
Support business improvement initiatives, sales campaigns, customer development activities, and other projects as assigned by the company or reporting leader.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, customer service, sales support or a related customer-facing role.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, commercial aptitude and confidence in outbound customer engagement may also be considered.
Comfortable and confident with proactive outbound calling and regular customer follow-up.
Sales-oriented, target-driven and resilient, with the persistence to follow through on opportunities.
Experience in B2B sales, quotation preparation, order processing or customer account support is advantageous.
Exposure to paint, coatings, construction materials, inks, adhesives, Engineering Materials or Advanced Cleaning Solutions would be beneficial.
Basic understanding of chemical ingredients or a strong willingness to learn.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.

Well organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple calls, quotations, orders and follow-up activities.
Comfortable using CRM systems, order-entry systems, Microsoft Excel and other sales administration tools.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
