Job summary

RitzHerbs Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based home services company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive in Batam to deliver exceptional service.

You will respond to customer enquiries, manage bookings, reschedules, and follow ups, and coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires English fluency, at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in customer service, and weekend availability; laptop and reliable internet are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or related role.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Own a laptop or desktop with reliable internet.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via in-house system in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and customer follow ups.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a high standard of customer service.
