You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and support onboarding and educational resources so clients can navigate our trading services confidently.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.

Role Description

The Customer Relations Officer will handle daily customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive client experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes gathering client feedback, identifying service issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and communication. The Customer Relations Officer will also support onboarding activities, guide clients through educational resources, and help them understand available tools and services.
