Job summary

Life at Viction, Jakarta-based arm of VictionX, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to build and sustain strong client relationships. This full-time, on-site role focuses on responsive service, accurate information, and a positive client experience.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and support onboarding and educational resources so clients can navigate our trading services confidently.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client relations abilities.
• Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills to understand client needs and service issues.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in financial services or trading is beneficial.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and client-centered mindset.
